Kedara, Inc. ("Kedara", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit kedara.care or interact with Kedara Guide, our AI-powered elder care resource chatbot.

b. Information collected automatically when you use Kedara Guide:

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate Kedara Guide and respond to your queries.

Conversation data collected through Kedara Guide may be used to improve the service for all users, including to retrain or refine AI models. Where feasible, we work to remove or reduce identifiable information before using data for this purpose.
3. Personal Information — Important Notice
⚠ DO NOT share sensitive personal information in your conversations with Kedara Guide.
Kedara Guide is designed to answer general elder care questions. Conversation data is stored and may be reviewed or used to improve the service. Kedara Guide does not currently apply automated redaction to stored conversations. We strongly advise you NOT to share:
- Full names, Social Security numbers, or dates of birth

- Medical record numbers, insurance IDs, or financial account details

4. Accuracy of AI-Generated Responses
Kedara Guide uses AI to generate responses grounded in a curated knowledge base of publicly available elder care resources. While we work to keep this information current and accurate:
- Some responses may not be accurate, complete, or up to date.
- Resource information such as phone numbers, addresses, eligibility rules, and program availability may have changed since our knowledge base was last updated.
- AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions.
Always verify critical information directly with the relevant agency or provider before relying on it. Kedara Guide is a resource navigation aid, not a definitive or authoritative source.
5. No Medical Advice or Diagnosis
⚠ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Kedara Guide does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in Kedara Guide's responses constitutes medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult your physician, a licensed healthcare provider, or a qualified social services professional before making decisions about medical care, treatment, medications, or health-related services for yourself or a person in your care.
