Kedara Founding Family Terms

1. How these terms work

1.1 The Kedara App Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to you from the day you sign up.

1.2 These terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to your participation in the Founding Families Program.

2. The trial

2.1 You will have full access to the Kedara App for 3 months from your first sign-in. Members you invite to your care group will have the same access.

2.2 The trial is free. No payment is due, and Kedara will not request payment details.

2.3 Before you start, Kedara will schedule a short call, about 20 minutes, to help you get started with the app.

2.4 You agree to use the Kedara App for your actual caregiving needs.

2.5 During the trial, you will have a dedicated person at Kedara to contact with questions or feedback. Kedara aims to reply within two business days.

3. Feedback

Kedara will request your feedback every two weeks, by survey or conversation, as you prefer. You may also send feedback at any time and may pause feedback requests whenever needed. Neither your feedback nor a pause will affect your access or the founding price.

4. End of the trial

4.1 At least 2 weeks before your trial ends, Kedara will send you the founding offer. If you accept before the trial ends, your subscription begins when the trial ends.

4.2 You may request an extension before your trial ends by emailing [email protected]. Kedara may extend your trial by up to one month.

4.3 If you do not accept the founding offer, your access ends when your trial ends, including any extension. Kedara will keep your account for 30 days in case you change your mind, and will then delete your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Founding price

5.1 The founding price is $9.99 a month for twelve months, or $100 for twelve months paid up front.

5.2 Kedara will not increase your price during those twelve months.

5.3 You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Monthly plans remain active through the paid month, and annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused months. Once cancelled, the founding price is no longer available.

5.4 Kedara will notify you of your price after the founding year at least 45 days before it ends.

5.5 Payment and renewal terms are set out in Section 7 of the Terms of Service.

5.6 The Founding Families Program is limited to the first 100 families who accept these terms.

6. Publicity and confidentiality

6.1 Kedara will not quote you, name you or your family, or describe your situation publicly without your written permission. Kedara may share aggregated findings from the program that do not identify you or anyone in your care group.

6.2 You agree not to publish screenshots, pricing or feature details before Kedara announces them.

7. An early product

As a founding family, you are using Kedara in its earliest version. Features will change, and some may be added or removed based on your feedback. Sections 5.7 (keep your own records), 15 (disclaimer) and 16 (limitation of liability) of the Terms of Service apply.

8. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms once, at sign-up, by checking a box that links to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and these terms. Kedara will record the date, time and version of each document you accepted. If Kedara updates these terms, Kedara will ask you to accept the updated version. By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
